This luxury, self catering 6 bedroom Villa in Durban – Salt Rock is inspired by Balinese architecture is surrounded by lush flora creating a beautiful personal jungle around an invitingly private salt chlorinated blue pool, urging you to spend a leisurely day at the gorgeous poolside and just soak up the sun.

Enjoy lounging on comfortable sunbeds on the rooftop overlooking the beautiful and wild Indian Ocean.  Ballito Beach House Villa is the perfect place to spend the warm summer evenings with friends or family enjoying sundowners and watching the sun set over the Indian ocean.

A high tech, silent generator ensures full functionality & uninterrupted power supply during load shedding & power failures so that you can continue your vacation without being inconvenienced.  It has uncapped fibre, fast and secure WiFi and internet.

The Villa is self catering, certain toiletries and basic consumables are provided on arrival.

I highly recommend this beach villa. Professional host and effective communication. The villa exceeded our expectations. It is spectacular, spacious, beautifully decorated with a magnificent uninterrupted view of the ocean. It has a powerful generator, so we had no load shedding interruptions. Uncapped WiFi for the kids and TV's in all the bedrooms and living area. Very well equipped with high end appliances. We will definitely book this beach villa again.

A magnificent home. Beautiful, spacious and very well maintained and decorated property. Excellent location and uninterrupted ocean views. The property has a big generator & reservoir and we had no electricity cuts or water supply shortage and grateful for that. A big plus was the indoors /outdoors swimming pool and barbeque facility with various entertainment and view deck areas with incredible ocean views. The professional support staff were very helpful and always friendly. Communication with the host was excellent and effective. We will book this villa again and highly recommend it.

Post lockdown & a challenging 2 years, our family was overdue for a recharge. Our family is huge so we booked 2 properties with Yolinda - Ballito Beach House Villa & The White House Boutique Villa. Both properties are positioned close to the beach, boasting breathtaking views of the ocean. The interior is tastefully decorated with incredible attention to detail. Luxury on another level. We had a warm welcome from Albert & the team. Yolinda's hospitality & personal service was amazing. If you want to get away from the craziness of life, if you just want to relax, soak up some sun or stroll along the beach, here's a place you can just put your feet up, watch magical sunsets & take in the beauty of Tiffany beach. Two scenic gems nestled in Salt Rock. One of my best local holiday venues to date.

This is my 2nd visit and I highly recommend this gorgeous villa. The views of the ocean & the picture postcard sunsets are surreal. The furniture & deco is stylish. The villa is immaculate & the staff are super helpful. The beach is a short walk across the road & the shops and restaurants are in walking distance. There is ample privacy & space for a large family or a group of friends. This could easily be my home away from home

Yolinda and her team were amazing during our weekend at the villa. We did not need for anything at all while there. All the amenities were A+. The bedrooms, living spaces and outdoor areas are clean, tidy and well equipped. The staff live on the property and are there for anything you may need without being invasive or even seen by us. Cannot recommend this property enough. Looking forward to visiting other YOLO Spaces on offer.

Check-in was personal and totally seamless with an excellent host and great communication throughout. The villa is very spacious, high-end, well equipped, decorated and furnished. Superb location and has endless uninterrupted sea views with only a few metres walk away from the beach. Highly recommended for the perfect stay.

I stood at the entrance to this beautiful villa with my mouth gaping open. The pictures on the website do not do it any justice, each room is so beautifully decorated. The pool leading directly out of the lounge is so amazing and the villa is so conveniently located. My best holiday ever.
